I’m not going to get to far into this, since I’ve shown the step by step before making gaskets for the 4Runner’s intake. This is basically the same process, just using a smaller trim router, and doing a bit more freehand work around the outside edge. Now I’m able to swap on a “new” throttle body that hopefully has a better cold idle wax stat.
Now I just have to order up a new throttle cable.
