Ronnie’s Morning Get Together is probably the least likely of the second Saturday “Cars And Coffee” type events that you would expect to see this car. The other day I posted a picture on Instagram of our re-purposed board game spinner which is often how we choose which of these events to cover. After a few comments Ronnie had invited the folks from Canepa to stop by his gathering just as he and some of his participants had done for Canepa previously. With no response from Canepa I figured if they couldn’t bring out any of their toys I would bring out mine to mix things up a bit.
I wasn’t sure what to expect. Would the Home Depot down the road have a sudden run on pitch forks? would people be offended or curious. Well there were a couple of guys that showed interest, and nobody asked me to leave politely or otherwise so I’m calling it a win!
