The San Francisco Auto Salon

I hadn’t owned the AE86 that long when I decided to give it away for a week and half to sit inside the San Francisco Auto Show’s Auto Salon.  Part of me was excited to compete in the show, mostly though we just needed somewhere to park the car! Obviously isn’t my only car, and certainly isn’t my only project car.  When I picked this one up it was a less than ideal time for me car wise.  My shop space was a bit on the cramped side before I brought this home, so the time in “show storage” was a great way to give me some time and space to make the shop slightly better prepared to handle the newest addition. That being said it doesn’t mean I wasn’t grateful to bring home a “Best Toyota” award from the show. I also got to bring home this cool piece of art work by Stephanie Isidro. For a nominal fee of course.   If you are looking for more from the San Francisco International Auto Show you look for it on My Automotive Blog.
