Cars of this era didn’t always have a lot of trunk interior. In fact most of the trunk is made up of the outside sheet metal. If you’re only hauling blankets it’s no big deal. If on the other hand you say, put 20lbs of camera gear inside an almost indestructible Pelican case and throw it in the trunk, one corner in the hands of a heavy footed driver and you could do some damage when the case goes flying.
Enter the Techno Toy Tuning Panels. The Panels fit great with the exception of the trunk light. The normal T3 mounting method is via sheet metal screws. Since I didn’t want to drill new holes in the virgin trunk I will have to come up with another way to do this.
